Welcome to I. Experience Nepal Trek and Tour Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website and booking any trek, tour, sightseeing activity, safari, adventure activity, workshop, or local experience with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.



  1. Bookings & Confirmation
    • All bookings are subject to availability.
    • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received.
    • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
    • Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
  2. Payments
    • Payments can be made via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Online payment gateways
    • Authorized third-party platforms (TripAdvisor, Viator, Bokun, etc.)
    • All transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges are the responsibility of the guest.
    • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    4. Treks & Multi-Day Programs

    • More than 21 days before departure: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
    • 21 days or less before departure or no-show: No refund.
    • Sightseeing Tours, Safaris & Adventure Activities
    • More than 7 days before the activity date: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
    • 7 days or less before the activity date or no-show: No refund.

    Local Activities & Workshops

    • 24 hours or more before the start time: Full refund or free rescheduling.
    • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
    • Refund processing time depends on the payment method and booking platform policies.
  4. Changes & Rescheduling
    • Changes to dates or itineraries are subject to availability.
    • We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, artisan availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • When possible, alternative dates or similar experiences will be offered.
  5. Weather & Force Majeure
    • Activities may be affected by weather conditions, natural disasters, road conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
    • In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed; however, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered where feasible.
  6. Health, Fitness & Safety
    • Guests must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
    • Treks and adventure activities may involve altitude, physical exertion, or challenging terrain.
    • Some workshops involve the use of tools or equipment.
    • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed in advance.
    • Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
  7. Travel Insurance
    • Travel insurance is mandatory for treks and highly recommended for all tours and activities.
    • Insurance should cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
    • We are not responsible for any costs arising from inadequate or missing insurance.
  8. Liability

    We are not liable for:

    • Personal injury, illness, or accidents
    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
    • Delays or disruptions caused by weather or third-party service providers
    • Guests accept all risks associated with participation.
  9. Guides, Artisans & Guest Conduct
    • All experiences are conducted by trained local guides or artisans.
    • Guests are expected to respect local culture, traditions, staff, and fellow participants.
    • Any unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of the experience without refund.
  10. Photography & Media
    • Photos and videos taken during experiences may be used for promotional purposes.
    • Guests who do not wish to appear in photos or videos must inform us in advance.
  11. Children & Minors
    • Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
    • Certain activities and workshops may have age restrictions for safety reasons.
  12. Pick-Up & Meeting Points
    • Pick-up services are provided only within specified areas.
    • Guests staying outside the pick-up radius may be required to reach a designated meeting point.
    • Late arrival may result in a shortened experience without refund.

    14. All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of I. Experience Nepal Trek and Tour Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without written permission.
